More than a quarter-century in the profession, including over 20 years leading her own firm, National Capital Legal Services, in Washington.
Authorized to practice in New York, Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia, and admitted to the Federal Courts and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second, Third, Fourth and Ninth Circuits.
Before launching NCLS, Elizabeth gained extensive experience at major international firms in Washington, handling mergers, acquisitions and corporate law matters.
Elizabeth Kryukova is an attorney and the founder of National Capital Legal Services, which has earned a reputation as one of the most trusted law firms serving the Russian-speaking community in the nation’s capital.
Her professional training includes a law degree from the Moscow Institute of Law and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Indiana University Bloomington. Licensed in four key jurisdictions — New York, Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia — Elizabeth provides clients with legal protection across all levels of the U.S. court system. Her admissions to the Federal Courts and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second, Third, Fourth and Ninth Circuits allow her to handle complex matters in different regions of the country.
Attorney Kryukova’s principal areas of practice include immigration law, including business and investment immigration, corporate law and international transactions. This practice is grounded in her experience at major international law firms in Washington, where she worked on strategic mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and cross-border transactions.
Elizabeth Kryukova is an active member of the professional community and belongs to the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She regularly speaks at professional conferences and gives media interviews on U.S. immigration policy and the nuances of immigration law.
