Alexander Devine is a New York attorney with many years of international experience in commercial law, investment management and finance. Mr. Devine spent many years at an international law firm advising clients on corporate mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions and complex financial structures. He later served as general counsel of a major international bank, overseeing investment projects. Holding a FINRA license issued by the U.S. securities regulator, Mr. Devine also worked as a financial advisor at a leading securities brokerage firm in Washington.

Mr. Devine has substantial experience in tax planning and contract law. At National Capital Legal Services, Alexander Devine heads the business practice and handles bankruptcy matters for individuals and businesses. He also represents clients in immigration, bankruptcy and other commercial law matters throughout the United States.

Alexander Devine earned his Juris Doctor from George Mason University, his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from London Business School, and a graduate diploma in English law and European Union law from the University of Westminster. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Mr. Devine is fluent in Russian and Spanish.
