Elena Rybakova holds a master’s degree in law from the State Academy of Intellectual Property in Moscow, Russia, with a concentration in civil law and intellectual property law. She also completed the American Bar Association-approved paralegal program at Northern Virginia Community College.
Elena began her professional career in the legal department of the Russian Patent Office, where she handled the registration and use of intellectual property and matters of international law. After moving to the United States, she worked as a paralegal on family and immigration law matters.
At National Capital Legal Services, Elena handles employment immigration matters and issues involving the resolution of civil disputes in court.
Elena Rybakova is fluent in English and Russian.
